Test Run
To start this project I mixed 10 stains and tracing dyes in a 40% sucrose. Turns out mixing the dyes was somewhat artistic too.
The dyes include:
Fast Black, Fast Blue BB, Fast Blue RR, Fast Garnet, Brilliant Blue, Orange G, Bromocresol green, Bromophenol blue, Naphthol blue-black, and Xylene cyanol.

Turing agarose gels into art
Have you ever looked at an agarose gel and thought, 'wow, the colors are just beautiful!'? Well I did. This project is the result. This blog will document the trials and successes of using agarose gels as an artistic medium. I welcome comments and suggestions! Especially of other dye-marker colors.
